Eggs Etc. is located in the beautiful city of Long Beach!

We have been family owned and operated since 1975. We offer a wide variety of hearty and tasty breakfast dishes. Some of the most popular ones are; Granola Pancakes (loaded with blueberries, bananas and granola, Yummy!) A Popeye's Omelet(spinach,bacon,red onions and jack cheese!) For those who are a little more health conscious we serve Veggie Chorizo and a delicious Egg White Scrambler. You also may substitute egg whites on any dish or fresh fruit  for potatoes at no charge! Let's not forget about Spuds (our home fries topped with  melted cheddar cheese, sour cream and avocado!
