The story of Eggs Etc. started over 45 years ago when Ruth was brought to Lansing, Iowa from Taiwan by Keith, her American husband. She was then taught how to cook American food by her Mother In-Law, Florence McKee. Ruth, Keith and their four children eventually relocated to Long Beach in 1975 and shortly thereafter they started their own breakfast café. Throughout the years Ruth has had several restaurants in Long Beach.
She plans to remain at her current location where she is semi-retired and her grown daughters Tammy and Pam and grandsons Josh and Brandon are carrying on the tradition taught by Grandma McKee many years ago. A great meal with a homemade Midwestern touch!
